I never dread my appointment when I see her. She's always takes good care of me.

Try to be more understanding of the patient. This may be what you do daily, but this is a new experience for them. Try to be more empathetic, the medical system is losing a lot of that.

Great personality, caring.

Needs to not take a patients frustration as personal and understand that it takes effort to make their appointment. My expectation for the appointment was that I was going to receive Physical Therapy guidance and it took me awhile to understand that she was not there to do that. One of her comments that she made was that basically all she was there to do was ask if my meds were working. At that point I fully understood this appointment was not necessary and a waste of my time.

She was courteous and was very attentive

my buttocks and leg are still hurting when I try to reach for something high up.

Explained my next procedure in detail. Answered all my questions. Very easy to talk with.
