PA VanHouten and the Allendale staff are excellent. I’m pretty sure Corewell doesn’t care about this But, Your phone system to get an appointment was ridiculously inefficient taking 15+ min of questions to determine I was even eligible for an appointment. I had very nasty lung congestion and was wheezing and coughing. Allendale office gets a 10+ Corewell scheduling system gets a 3-

Provider was pleasant but was also focused on the medical need for which I came.

She was new in the office and she took a moment to introduce herself and provide me with her background.
