Dr. Reid gives consideration to each concern and allows my children to be involved in their care. She makes eye contact and speaks with them directly. She also gives us resources and makes sure all of our concerns have been addressed.

She's kind, well informed, considerate, empathizes and empowers us to own our care.

Very thorough, attentive, and knowledgeable

Dr. Leslie Reid is great. She always explains things that are easy to understand. Setting an appointment with her is always very easy. We never have to wait long for an appointment.

Both the nurse that assisted (Brian) and our prediction (Dr.Reid) are thorough and wonderful to meet with. Both answer our questions quickly and are kind. Our nurse went out his way to make our child as comfortable as possible before his testing, and was extremely kind afterwards. Kids hate being poked, but we appreciated the extra time he put into making our little one feel better afterwards!

Dr Reid is amazing with my kids. My son was terrified of the doctor and arrived in tears but ended up leaving with a smile on his face. She went above and beyond to make him feel comfortable and I love that she asks permission to touch the kids and do her exam. She explains things so clearly and has a positive disposition. We love her. Also I want to mention the MA Ashley and the other woman with her (no nametag so forgive my spelling but Cierra). They were outstanding and patient with my son when he was melting down. They were quick and efficient with the tasks they had to do which reduced the amount of meltdown we experienced with getting vaccines. Thank you girls so so much.
