Linda Song is the first provider I have had in my life who actually listened to me when I explained what was going on. As a retired nurse who used to work for South Western Medical Clinic as well as other doctor's offices in Michigan and South Carolina; I find Linda Song, NP comparable to Dr. Ron Baker (RIP) and how he used to take the time with patients, listening to their needs and helping them. I have been to many doctors in my 57 years of life; there are only a few that I can say actually care enough to listen to a patient and take the time to figure out what is wrong with your body and why you are suffering the way you are.

This has always been a very efficient run office. I think everyone works very hard and for the first time I saw & felt there wasn't enough staff to keep a calm & steady flow if tasks. Never didI hear anyone complain, only willing to jump in and assist to keep things on track! They have a great team at UMS!

Simply put, I am quite pleased, satisfied and comfortable with her. Each time I meet with her she treats me as though I am the only person she is seeing. She listens intensely and answers all my questions. If I am concerned about something she makes certain I understand the medical issue and explain it in a way that I can understand the medical issue and how it will be addressed. I am very appreciative of her medical expertise and her overall concern with whatever medical challenge I may be experiencing.

She hears you out, does not belittle your feelings and runs the tests you need for peace of mind. She is prompt with testing results and plans on moving forward.

The only issue was that they made me wait too long before they could collect my samples afrer seeing the provider.

I cannot add to what I’ve already said. Under the circumstances that I had to be there, Linda was very good as were your receptionist.

I would recommend the administration to provide some small booklets or some small books keep in some places of the clinic so when the non-SDA’s will come, they will have access to SDA or Bible truth & eventually they may led to the truth! I’m extremely pleased to receive wonderful services from all the doctors & nurses as well! My heartfelt appreciation!!
