She listens to my issues and she addresses them. I wanted a video appointment I was sick and there was not a slot available but I had already booked a appointment for that Monday which my issues were addressed

Dr. Smith is approachable and knowledgeable, and manages to deliver a wag of the finger without a feeling of a guilt trip.

I had a lot to bring to Dr. Smith and she did what she could to acknowledge all the concerns I had within the timeframe we had. I wish insurance would pay for a solid amount of time with initial visits but I understand there are other clients and need for documentation.

When I was relocating from New Jersey to Michigan, my one of the biggest concerns was "whether I would be able to find a PCP with whom I would feel comfortable as I did with my PCP who had been providing care to me for about two decades?" My concern appeared to be evaporating in the air after my first appointment with Dr. Smith. I feel very confident that I made the right decision by choosing Dr. Smith as my PCP.

She always listens to me and tries to find an answer to what is going on. Unfortunately over the last couple of years I have had a lot going on and other doctors don't seem to have the time to really listen.

Both times she handled my issues seamlessly and both times I had good results from her recommendations or referrals.
