I kind of told her how I like knew that there was passages in the Bible that like you know said that you go to hell if you use drugs or alcohol which I just complicated but like the doctor reminded me that God is merciful and forgiving and stuff like that and it was a good reminder it helps so that I don't feel so guilty all the time... I stand committed to my sobriety. I feel Dr Lisa Smith helps tremendously with this.
