Great person who really cared how we felt and wanted us to have a good experience!

From the moment I began my conversation with Dr. Thiel, I felt truly seen and cared for. She began our appointment by first acknowledging the magnitude of our loss and holding space for the emotions that came with it. That compassion meant the world to me and set the tone for the rest of our visit. She was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything in detail, making sure I fully understood each part of the discussion. She came well-prepared, having read my chart thoroughly before we met, which made our conversation both efficient and deeply personal. I feel so fortunate to now have her as part of my care team. Her empathy, expertise, and preparedness are exactly what I had hoped to find.
