About the Provider
Lori Stec, MD, provides ophthalmic consultation services in the Emergency Center and the inpatient units at Beaumont Hospital, Royal Oak. Dr. Stec also sees patients of all ages in her clinic at the Corewell Eye Institute. She has a special interest in the ocular manifestations of systemic disease and medication toxicity. Dr. Stec is also actively involved in medical education, both at the medical school and residency training levels. She received her medical degree from University of Michigan, and completed her residency at Corewell Health William Beaumont University Hospital

Dr Stec is what Corewell should strive for! There is a reason three people in our family see her and that ww recommend her to others--she cares about her patients and does a great job! We have seen her for a decade now! She deserves all the support that she asks for and maybe even a raise!!! Don't ever let her leave!!!

dr. Stec and her team are excellent in working with people who have disabilities and their families as well as the general population. We cannot say enough about how marvelous the entire team is here! It may be worth checking in and seeing what they might need in terms of updating other facilities if indeed, that is something they would like – – this is a great team of people that we have seen for years – – it's worth doing what it takes to keep them happy !
