I felt very comfortable with Dr. Ragon given the fact that I have been with Dr. Crissman for almost 25 years prior to her retirement. He was friendly, responsive, and clearly explained issues to me.

Dr. Ragon listened carefully to my concerns and was very thorough in reviewing what had already been done by other providers. He made excellent recommendations and came up with a plan that actually addressed my needs

Dr. Ragon listened to our concerns, took action to make sure each need was addressed, and spoke in a way that was easy for my teenage son to understand

I was struggling with my previous primary care provider. He listened to everything I had going on and didn't disregard new symptoms to my incurable neuromuscular disease like most people do. He took the time to look further into the problem. He is very attentive. My previous provider was dragging their feet and getting the information I needed to marry free bed to get my updated leg braces. I explained it to him and he was frustrated with me and had it handled within hours of leaving the office. Absolutely above and beyond I made the right choice.

Not much more to say than I already have. Dr Ragon is thoughtful and takes time to listen.
