I appreciate that the provider acknowledged my CPAP use and agreed with my suggestion to wear it during naps. However, my fatigue concerns were minimized and the visit focused almost entirely on weight and depression without addressing my other documented conditions. I also provided a written summary in advance, which was only reviewed after I asked, and was not documented or the related discussion in the chart. My symptoms were described as “not considered significant.” I trust the provider's expertise,but this was disappointing; as it does not reflect the entire visit or my experience.

Slow down just a bit. The medical assistant continually asked questions such as “are your meds up to date?” I was a new patient, so I had no idea what she was looking at, and I communicated this. She was looking at an emergency visit from 6 years ago. She never reviewed what medication she was looking at. No attempt attempt at proper med reconciliation at all. First impression not great.

The following day, visit notes and follow up appts made, and tests ordered, I did not have to call back about anything! Dr had everything in my chart and was the best experience.
