Dr. Ross is a delight. Being a 10 year old and needing to see a gynecologist is very daunting. My daughter was nervous and a bit insecure. Immediately upon entering the room, Dr. Ross put my daughter at ease. She came into our appointment prepared, being fully up-to-date about my daughter's injuries so that she didn't have to tell her stories over and over. Dr. Ross talked directly to my daughter making her feel that she had a say in her treatment plan. She and her nurse were absolutely lovely and I am so thankful to them for making this appointment as good and comfortable as it could be.

Same as previous- parents should be made aware of the discussion that providers will have with their minor children and should not be asked to step out of the room

She was great, I appreciated how she made me feel more comfortable even though I was scared to have this procedure done. She spoke to me with so much calmness and all of that.

She was amazing! You could absolutely tell that she cared for her patient and wanted to help her. She went above and beyond to make sure she was keeping me informed of how test results were coming back and the prescriptions that were needed and getting ordered.
