I got into medicine because I always wanted to help people live healthier lives. As a cardiac nurse practitioner, I help treat and manage patients with heart and vascular diseases. Previously, I’ve worked as a registered nurse within the emergency department, infusion center, vascular access team, and home health hospice.
I believe that taking care of your health starts by focusing on what you can control, like diet, exercise, and sleep. These habits build a strong foundation for your overall well-being. And in many cases, it can help you reduce the number of medications you need to take, too.
It’s been an incredible privilege to care for so many different individuals over the years. Nothing makes me happier than seeing my patients get better and improve their lives.
