A very positive experience

She takes the time to listen to the concerns and helps us as parents be part of the care process and makes sure we are comfortable in all decisions. One thing that is so minor but means more than anything is she takes the time to talk to my child. She asks him questions in a way a 4 year old would understand and makes the exam process easy and fun for him.

She discussed the CPAP machine report & reviewed the last EEG.

She was very personable and kind. She was working as fast as she could under the circumstances.
