Calm, so intelligent, respectful, informative and thorough, polite and gets through a massive amount of information without seeming rushed. I’m in the medical field and my husband is not at all and her approach to education and explaining things caters to both of our knowledge at the same time.

When she didn't know the answer to a strange question I had about emu jerky from Australia, she looked it up and we learned together. She recapped everything from last year and made me aware of changes in the industry.

All I can say is THANK YOU! It was a scary day for me (mom), and a long day for my 2 year old. We were welcomed by amazing staff, the process of our appointment was explained very well to us. Our care team was absolutely amazing with my son. I am so thankful for our positive experience.
