Dr. Costello is a great physician. She listens to my concerns, provides helpful feedback and works with me on comprehensive care plans.

Dr. Costello is great at listening to my medical concerns and addresses all of them. I love that she uses the app to communicate after lab tests or etc. She always responds very promptly.

I was interested in getting a vaccination for shingles but despite my insistence she explained the reasons to wait (I had just been through shingles and I need to wait at least 6 months before getting the vaccine for maximum effectiveness.) She had to say it a couple of times before I really understood, but she took the time to explain in different ways. I appreciated that very much.

She said she is sending my prescription to the pharmacy but didn't here yet from the pharmacy. Usually when pharmacy receive prescription order from the doctor they send tax messages.

Dr. Costello asks questions and encouraged me to inquire about any needs/concerns. She is also a great listener who provides additional information when additional understanding is requested to make decisions. She encourages questions and input of patients regarding their care.
