He was very personable and made me feel at ease

This was my first time seeing him. He came into the room with a big smile and warm personality. This is important to build a connection with your patient. He sat down and explained everything to me which is what I had been waiting weeks for. He explained the test results, the next steps, the pros and cons of my options, and never once tried to beat around the bush! He asked me questions and then sat there and listened as I responded with my concerns and own questions. He is definitely a doctor for the people and cares about those he treats. He actually reminds of Doc Cassidy from the TV show Doc. He genuinely seems to care about the individual.

He was willing to go above and beyond with my care. And we had good conversation.

He was a very caring and a reassuring doctor, listened to all of my symptoms and explained everything. He was very upbeat and positive in his outlook for my future care and that made me feel safe in his care. I have genetic precursors so he took my case very seriously and adjusted all of the meds I was taking for heart related problems and prescribed a few new ones that should make a very big difference in my prognosis forward.

Good, but like I said they are short staff with the Specialists that that they need. This job is not a one man band.

Dr Jacoby is one of the best out there, just harder to get an appointment with him. Most of the time it's a PA. I've seen Dr.J for over 10 years and we get to talk a little bit if I'm early enough before my appointment.
