I have been a patient of Dr Billes for a few years and I love her as a doctor. I have had issues with doctors before but Dr Billes is a keeper.

Nothing negative to say, all the information is covered perfectly whether it's appointments or medication.

She is a great Physician but in my Professional opinion I feel my appointment should not be interrupted unless there an emergency. No reflection on Dr. Billes.

Although this was a first visit Dr. Billed appear thorough and methodology a d took the time to read the history of her patient whereas she asked pertinent questions to better understand symptoms, diagnosis and prognosis.

I like that she goes out of her way to explain test results from another Dr. You're seeing, and she listens to me on my objections to certain tests why I won't do them, she cares about my fears of special tests and don't judge me just tried to find another solution to a shared problem.

I moved here from Florida. I didn't think I could find a dr and staff that could match the care I got there. Dr Billes and the office have surpassed it

She was awesome and I love that.

As a patient, I feel by getting there at 1:50 o’clock which my appointment was at 2:15 PM. I should have been addressed every 15 to 20 minutes due to any delays or emergency. There was no one checked on me. I had to keep asking and my neck and my neck and my next again, my appointment was at 2:15 PM. I did not go to the back I believe until after threeish and it was almost 5 o’clock when I left. I was prescribed a Z-Pak that had so many side effects. I did not even take it because I was afraid so I use natural remedies, salt, water, warm, sucking lemons, taking ibuprofen, sucking on Ricola’s and elderberry throat lozenges until I doctored myself back to where I was able to go back to work. Lastly, I understand things happen, but when an appointment is made that time slot should be followed up with that’s what appointments are for.!

They need more caring nurse who don't have attitude working an the health field and be patient with the clients.and not just care about their $25-35 hour pay checks
