Very nice and explained very well

Mary was super helpful - I think the reason for my rating is mainly due to technology - not Mary. I recently purchased the Tyto tool, and it seemed like either it was a little buggy, or it wasn't working correctly. It seemed like a shot in the dark on a few things with the virtual visit but I was able to get the help I needed in a timely fashion. Mary was also very nice, and helpful -- just think that the technology itself may need to be worked on (whether it was internet connection, or the app itself
