She is a thoughtless and cruel woman. She rarely made eye contact with me. She didn't explain to me why she came to conclusions. She ignored a lot of things I said completely, as if I wasn't there. I ended up walking out of the appointment.

Most of my providers are great except this one. Its very disappointing. I don't get why patients have to wait so long for an appointment. I was suposed to have a video appointment. The doctor never came on. When I called I was told it was technical difficulties! So why did the Doctor just call me? Knowing I would be waiting. So I was told someone would call to reschedule. Nobody has called, I waited forever for that appointment.

I expected to explain the problems I am experiencing and was never asked why I made the appointment

We did find that because she was using the AI dictation technology that she had to say all the clinical words out loud and so at times we weren’t sure when we were supposed to follow everything she was saying and felt a little lost and overwhelmed at times. However, she did inform us she was using the technology and warned us ahead that she would talk a lot with it.

The way that she explained which med to use was very comforting to me. I felt very relieved with using the right choice.
