Matt maintained eye contact and explained every diagnostic test in detail. He outlined the plan for monitoring my condition. He answered my questions. He promised to call me with the plan for continued monitoring, after his meeting with Dr Key. I received a call from Matt within 3 hours after I left the office. I received notes from Matt in my chart. I sent him a message via my chart. I heard back from Matt's nurse in the early am of the next day. Matt far exceeded my expectations and I am speading his great care to all my friends and family!
