This was an entirely unnecessary office appointment forced by insurance requiring an in person visit to continue medications. Not the doctor's fault. Dr. Rizer conducted the necessary business efficiently and answered all questions well.

Difficult to answer survey questions without placing undue personal disappointment on Dr. Rizer. As stated previously, my overall complaint has more to do with lack of proper communication to him of my post-surgery complications, and for his office not reaching out to me. At show of compassion would have gone a long way. When I finally did meet with Dr. Rizer he was was caught unawares of all I’d been through but did demonstrate a proper level of concern and compassion. He also stated that he was going to take action with the folks responsible for communication to make sure this doesn’t happen to anyone else in the future.
