He has been my primary doctor for over 20 years and I have trusted his diagnosis and collaboration with treatment options every time.

He is very concerned about the patient and listens to them and gives them some sort of procedure to help them. He calls them at home to explain whatever was done at the time you were with the doctor and also if your blood test and that time you’re given explanation.

Dr.shaffer cares about his patients. He’s very dedicated to the care of patients he listens to what is going on and is compassionate, understanding and just genuinely cares .

Doctor always seems rushed, he covers everything but rushed, not any time to discuss a concern if needed.

He asks questions, listens to my answers and asked good follow up questions

Dr. Schaeffer checked out my knee and found out where the specific pain was the point of the pain. He sent me to have x-rays within the building and I find that to be a very good thing. I didn’t have to travel. I went around the corner of his office to another office.

Dr. Schaeffer is a Rock Star but extremely professional. Not too good with jokes but he does try!

Love the staff. From the ladies at the front desk whom make you feel welcome when you first walk in. Also when you’re checking out and making a new appointment. To the ladies in the back. They make you feel like your taking with and old friend you haven’t seen in awhile. It’s such a relaxing atmosphere.
