I’ve always loved studying science. I decided to pursue a career in medicine because it was a great opportunity to apply that knowledge and passion directly toward helping others. I am especially passionate about treating common chronic infections, including recurrent C. diff and HIV.
My approach to care is based on honesty and compassion. I strive to treat each patient like I would treat members of my own family and take time to answer questions and fully explain conditions and treatment options. I am always upfront with you about what I know — and what I don’t know — about your circumstances.
Seeing patients start to feel better and return to doing the things they love brings me a lot of joy.

Dr Wang in my experience listens and cares and using his skill and experience tries to formulate a good treatment plan to help his patients recover and become healthy as soon as possible. With due respect if I was ever to be as sick as I was again I would not hesitate at all to see Dr Michael Wang.
