Ignored my issues . Did not address my concerns. Just told to come back in 2months.

It takes a long time for them to get the message back to Michelle about meds that are needing refilled. I run out before she even gets message sometimes. Thats why you were having repeat requests from me. I check back with my chart. And my pharmacy periodically.
