Dr Chisti is knowledgeable, he cared about me the patient. He listened to all my concerns.

I really like Dr. Chisti. Unfortunately the lab did not do all the tests that I had come in for, so the appointment was not completely satisfactory (he was unable to see the results & talk about them while i was there, but not his fault). Dr. Chisti had additional blood drawn and I trust that he will follow up as needed. Wait times are pretty long, even if I get into a room pretty quickly. I appreciate the attention he gives to each patient, but I wish things could be timed a little differently. I only come once a year, so it is certainly worth it to see him.

I understand physicians getting behind. I would expect him to give me more time if needed but no update for well over an hour is terrible. I have been moved multiple times either dates or location to accommodate their schedule but my time doesn’t seem as valuable
