Mohammed Ibrahim, MD

Mohammed Ibrahim, MD completed his residency in Internal Medicine at Corewell Health William Beaumont University Hospital. He served as Attending Physician and Faculty member in the Department of Internal Medicine at Corewell Health William Beaumont University Hospital, prior to specializing in Hematology and Oncology. He received the Fellowship of American College of Physicians (F.A.C.P) in 2012. Dr. Ibrahim graduated from the Hematology Oncology Fellowship Program at Corewell Health William Beaumont University Hospital in June 2017. He has authored several clinical research papers, which were published in peer reviewed journals. He received the Corewell Research Forum award as well as the Freeman Wilner Compassionate Care award during his fellowship. He has also served as principal investigator in several clinical trials. He is board certified in Hematology, Medical Oncology and Internal Medicine. Taking care of patients with oncologic and hematologic illnesses is a privilege and a calling. Dr. Ibrahim believes in using the latest research and clinical advancements combined with kindness and compassion to obtain the best results for his patients. He has a special interest in lung cancer, gastrointestinal cancers and in venous thromboembolic disease. His professional affiliations include the American Society of Clinical Oncology, American Society of Hematology, American College of Physicians, and Michigan Society of Hematology and Oncology.
