My approach to care is collaborative, patient-centered, and evidence-based. It takes teamwork between patients and all members of their medical team to provide the best care possible.
As a family medicine doctor, I help patients with all sorts of medical concerns. I especially enjoy women’s health, preventive medicine, and working with kids. I take time to understand your goals and who you are as a person so that you can feel empowered to participate in your own care.
The long-term relationships I build with my patients gives my work meaning. They bring me so much joy, and remind me that medicine isn’t just about diagnoses and treatments — it’s about people, connection, and compassion.

I had a wonderful experience at my most recent visit. Dr Kempa Stadt is incredibly kind, truly listens, and never makes you feel rushed. I always feel heard and respected, and she takes the time to answer questions thoroughly. She’s also very open to follow-ups, which makes a huge difference. It’s clear she genuinely cares—she makes you feel like a person, not just another patient on her schedule. I’m so grateful to have found her!!!
