Morgan Fox, DO

Morgan Fox, DO is board certified in Family Medicine from the American Board of Family Medicine. She completed her undergraduate training at Michigan State University, with a degree in psychology. She went on to obtain her medical degree at Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Detroit. She then completed her Family Medicine Residency at Corewell Health Farmington Hills, formerly Botsford General Hospital-Beaumont Farmington Hills. 

Dr. Morgan Fox has also been certified in cosmetic Botulinum Toxin and Dermal Fillers. She is an active member in the American Academy of Family Physicians, American Osteopathic Association, American Medical Association, and the Michigan Osteopathic Association. Dr. Morgan Fox is affiliated with Michigan Healthcare Professionals, Trinity Health at St. Mary Mercy Livonia, and Corewell Health Farmington Hills. 

Dr. Morgan Fox’s interests within family medicine include chronic disease management, dermatology, women’s health, and addiction medicine. Her services include joint steroid injections, skin biopsies, mole and wart removals, and Buprenorphine-Naloxone and Naltrexone prescriber. 

Dr. Morgan Fox grew up in the Metro-Detroit area where she currently resides with her husband, Zach, and their dog, Enzo. Outside of work, she loves to golf, play pickleball and tennis, and spend time with family.
