Mental health affects every part of a person’s life. I became a psychologist because I wanted to help people live to their fullest potential — as individuals, in relationships and community, and as problem solvers.

Therapy should always be rooted in trust and mutual respect. I take time to get to know my clients, their history, their current situation and needs, and what they are hoping to achieve from therapy. This helps us define our goals and decide how to move forward together.

I love seeing the potential in my patients. It’s very rewarding to help someone discover their strengths, develop their skills, and fortify behaviors that help them function better in the world and in their own lives.
