I feel fortunate to live in a place where I can use corewell for my health care.

I was most impressed that he had reviewed my chart, asked my questions about my medical history, asked for results on biopsies they haven't received. I felt very seen & heard. As a female patient, this is one of the few providers I have had that truly cares and can effectively communicate.

We made the situation more difficult because my wife came along and had her own questions.

Doctor did a fine job, though it will take some time to know if there is a good outcome. Offered guidance on next steps if they are needed.

Had a small issue with the virtual visit which was on my part. Phone trouble.

Always a positive experience during my Visits

I was a patient of Dr. Knibbe for many many years. Since he left Corewell Health I became Dr. Zokoe patient, this was my first appt with him. His kindness & understanding was appreciated knowing that it's a big loss losing a doctor you have trusted for so many years. I felt very comfortable with Dr Zokoe. He listened to my concerns, had read my chart & we address all current issues.

This is not a criticism of Dr. Zokoe or his office at all, but an appointment to the Eyes, Ears and Throat office requires an over two month waiting period.

Caring, professional, highly knowledgeable, offered comfortable opportunities for questions I might have. Excellent in every way!

From the minute I walked in the door I was greeted and treated professionally throughout my appointment time there
