He did a great job explaining the procedure and making sure I was comfortable

He listened to me, asked me what I thought was wrong, and accurately diagnosed me with a bacterial sinus infection and I know this because after being sick for over 3 weeks and getting worse the antibiotic cleared things up drastically with in 48 hours.

It was my first time seeing him and I have no issues.

When offering up difficult news to the point where a patient has tears, pausing, offering up additional information, and maybe a bit of reassurance would go a long way. Although I’m sure it was unintentional, he came across cold and disconnected.

You need to give Nate a raise. I think that this guy is without question one of the best providers I’ve ever had in my entire life and he works very well with Dr. Wissner, he is thorough. He get the job done. He runs blood test. He runs every kind of test. You can imagine to make sure that I’m completely covered. There’s no better accolade that I can give him than that. He’s just the best I’ve ever seen.
