I predominantly have seen Dr Bean (resident neurologist) and Dr Lannen comes at the very end to sign off on Bean’s assessments and such. Lannen is great, I just don’t see him until the end of the appointment.

Not listened to. Couldn't get a word really in so I just stopped giving him symptoms. I just sat there and nodded my head and left.

The resident was also very good and listened to all our concerns.!

I would encourage him to learn more about acupuncture treatment for neuropathy as I have seen great results and have reduced my gabapentin by 2/3.

Dr. Lannen explores things with his patients. He doesn't overloads you with all of his knowledge but will take his time to explains things with a language that is digestible. He doesn't mind questions and makes you feel involved in the decision making.

I really like Dr. Lannen overall and feel he has explained things well to me. He listens and talks to me as a person. Great bedside manner. I don't care for either of the attendings I've seen with him though.

Dr. Lannen, takes great care in explaining my care pla with me. He is patient and supportive giving me time to decide on my care plan with him. Yay or nay he let me know if it is good or bad of my decision. I thank him for that respect.

He explained things well and provided the options to help to allow us to make the determination of how to proceed. Listened and asked questions to make sure he had all the details.
