My provider is great!! She listens, and addresses the issue at hand. Has a good sense of humor.

This provider continues not to listen to my concerns - informed her of issues and stomach issues, she asked no questions but just said I will refer you to GI physician. She didn’t know the right information about my prescriptions, didn’t review my labs that I had after my last visit and send questions through my chart. This visit was a waste of time and money

She explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure l understood my treatment options. I felt genuinely cared for and respected through out the visit. Overall Overall, I'm very satisfied with the care I received and would highly recommend Dr.Shishu to anyone looking for a compassionate and knowledgeable physician. From the moment l arrived, the staff was friendly and efficient, making the check-in process quick and easy. The office was clean and comfortable, which helped me feel at ease.

Access to referral information could be more specific. I had difficulty finding referral resources that the doctor recommended.

At checkout I was provided resource materials to locate a facility for a chest x-ray.

It’s nice to know your Dr although extremely busy has an excellent memory for recalling details from a long time patient.

Office is clean and quiet. The patient scheduling must allow for not having too many people and it gave a tranquil experience.
