Having grown up in a rural area, I am deeply passionate about providing high-quality, comprehensive care to these historically underserved communities. In my practice, prevention is the primary focus, and I believe that proactive care is the most effective way to ensure long-term health. My approach is centered on the whole person, recognizing that physical health is closely connected to lifestyle, relationships and the environment in which we live. My patients are the experts on their own lives and it’s my role to provide them with guidance, evidence and support to help them make informed decisions about their health. I value the lasting relationships built in primary care and am honored to partner with my patients through every stage of life.

He was amazing, genuinely. If he could be my PCP I’d be lucky. He listens and doesn’t rush the appointment. Really tries to understand what’s going on and how to help. Doesn’t discount your feelings, makes your feel heard and valid. He answered my questions very willingly and said things in a way so I could understand. Very professional and polite. I felt very comfortable.

If I ever had to go back in and have a male doctor I would love to have him again. Like I had said before he had listened to all my needs and we had talked about solutions and he didn’t bring up any unnecessary things about my weight. It was so refreshing as a women who hasn’t had the best experiences with male doctors to be listened to . He was great and who ever has been tranning him has been doing a great job.
