This was my first appointment and chance to meet her. I came away very impressed with her care and input regarding my situation. I was previously with another doctor who retired. I feel Northpointe is an excellent practice.

Dr. Allen had read my chart before the appointment. Including all test results from Corewell to other hospitals and knew the results without paging through the chart.

This was my second visit with her and I feel like we will have a good doctor/patient relationship

Dr. Allen has a calm and patient demeanor, which reduced the anxiety that I was feeling.

I initially saw Dr. Allen when admitted to the hospital and she was incredibly attentive then and again when I visited in her office. I felt very comfortable talking through my health concerns and felt she listened intently and set up a good plan for us to pursue.

So far, I think she is a great replacement for Dr. Gordon, whom I really loved. I trust her, first of all, because Dr. Gordon recommended her for my care. She is very thorough and knowledgeable.

I had many tests done in last year. I received a call one day from office to tell me about the test results. I thought person was nurses but she said that she is Dr. Allen. I was very surprised that doctor call me back about test results. So far she is the first doctor called me back. I’m touched by her professional attitude.
