I was worried that it would be tough to find a new PCP with how much I liked my last, and Dr. Souphis has been above and beyond my expectations. Knowledgeable, kind, friendly, and most importantly she’s been able to help me navigate all health struggles I’ve had come up in my life with expertise and ease. Very happy.

Communications via the app is excellent- communication via phone is inconsistent

Again, love the doctor, do not love certain members of the reception staff, my whole family goes to this practice and has had issues with them at some point.

Nurses were great Doctor was great staff at check out had a poor attitude.

I just feel uncomfortable when I first arrived once I got an opportunity to talk with the provider I felt better but my arrival was uncomfortable.

Dr. Souphis was great. Reception and patient intake could have been more hospitable.
