Together we prioritized my treatment plan. I appreciate his expertise and willingness to identify the problems with my shoulder and develop a plan moving from least invasive to surgery if and when indicated. He recommended an injection which I received within the hour and is providing relief. I cannot imagine better care or treatment that by Dr Ugolini and his team.

Off hand I can't think of anything that needs improvement. No one "likes" going to the doctor, but the cohesiveness, warmth and professionalism of the staff make for a pleasant experience. I have no doubt I entrusted myself to the best medical team possible. This gives me great peace concerning the outcome of my surgery and recovery.

Appointments with Dr.s and PA’s are too far in the future.

The provider answered my questions and explained in a way I'd understand. He didn't act like he was in a hurry to see the next patient or seem impatient with me. He had a great bedside manner.

This was an initial visit with Dr. Ugolini. We have scheduled a date for surgery so will have more feedback later on. Very impressed with the facility and all the personnel.

I like to say more than getting out the problem they like for the patient to know what the problem is and how they plan to fix it and that’s a plus when you understand what’s going on

Dr Ugolini explained the whole surgery process very carefully, so I could understand my options. He answered my questions thoroughly and understood my special needs, as I worked through what all this would mean to my recovery.

I could not be happier. After being a patient at OAM, I have to say I am so much happier with Corewell Orthopedics.

My difficulty was getting to Dr Ugolini’s office. The MRI approval process was difficult and was ordered by a provider in a different practice. The diagnosis part took a long time.
