Peter R Donaldson, MD

Peter Donaldson, MD is board certified in sports medicine and emergency medicine. He specializes in sports related injuries and treats athletes and active individuals of all ages. He has an interest in non-operative management of musculoskeletal injuries, and has expertise in diagnostic ultrasound of the shoulder, and ultrasound guided therapeutic extremity injections. Dr. Donaldson has been a practice partner with Michigan Orthopaedic Surgeons, PLLC since 2006. He has been selected and worked as a US team physician internationally for the Olympic games, Pan American Games, the Youth Olympic Games and the Paralympics. He has served as a team physician for USA Hockey, the United States Olympic Committee (USOC), and has been recognized by his peers, listed on multiple occasions in Hour Detroit's annual 'Top Docs' edition.
