I was impressed that Dr. Hoekstra had his representative call me the day before my appointment to ask me to get some new lab work done that he thought would help before we met. That indicates to me that he, or someone on his team, had reviewed my file a day before our appointment, and not just moments before the appointment began. I think that speaks volumes to both his conscientiousness and his respect for my time.
