I am passionate about all aspects of inpatient medicine, especially providing evidence-based care that incorporates a patient’s wishes and is personalized to best suit their needs. I enjoy getting to know my patients and helping them return to their families and homes as quickly and safely as possible. A hospitalist only sees patients while they are in the hospital. They do not follow patients after discharge. The hospitalist will communicate as needed with your primary care physician and/or advanced practice provider, who will assume your care after discharge.
