Doctor Marchese listened to all my concerns and addressed them accordingly. He is very easy to talk to and puts me at ease immediately.

Dr. Marchese is professional, friendly, and provided excellent engagement with answering questions, providing insights & suggestions. He did not rush during the appointment.

I appreciate not being rushed as my speech is sometimes slow and I need to regain my concentration. I feel like Dr. M listens to my past health history and current issues and tries to incorporate a plan of action to improve my health. I do what I can based on my energy level and finances. My only concern is that I wonder if my past history with WNV is considered as a possible cause to my current health issues. This isn't a complaint, it's just that I always forget to ask him about his opinion on this. Our history together has been short so I don't expect a miracle...I am happy with his efforts so far!

Dr Marchese listened to my descriptions and then took immediate steps to begin exploring the source for my painful episodes by sending me to ultrasound and labs and then setting up more diagnostics.

Even though some of my issues are highly unusual, and frustrating, I feel as though Dr M is taking them seriously.

I finally found my doctor for life. He is grounded and direct while expressing exceptional “bedside manner” and I feel very, very fortunate to be one of his patients. First impression was very good. He was kind and helpful in figuring out my thyroid issues. I do have other concerns we didn’t discuss but we can work on after thyroid is resolved. He seems sharp and I believe he will help me work through other things. I am hopeful that he will continue to do so.

Very helpful staff and Dr.Phillip was easy to talk to and listened to all my issues. One thing that needs to change is the amount of times I get notified by Corewell Health about registering for an appt and once I check in online, they keep sending reminders. Then when you get to the office, check in again with the same questions I have already answered on the app. This is annoying😁

It took several months to get an appointment, as a first time patient I thought that was excessive that no one in the office had an appointment available any sooner than 4 months.

All the staff went out of their way to help me since I have some physical limitations with my right foot and ankle due to injury in November 2021, and lymphedema in my lower legs diagnosed in 2023.

Dr Marchese clearly explained, to both me and my wife, his diagnosis and suggested follow up. We understood what tests and lab work he required and how,where and when to get it done

He’s very down to earth and so easy to talk to. He knows his stuff and took the extra time to review my chart instead of just making recommendations based on what I was saying. I felt cared for.
