Over an hour to see the doctor. I should have just left because I was beyond frustrated and cold from sitting there so long. There was a plan discussed for incontinence but not for my current spasms. I have abnormal labs and I have not heard back from the office so that is also bothersome. I assume, similar to my office visit, that lab reviews will take longer than expected. I would have expected a follow up after 2 days. I will follow up with my primary care to review.

She was in very briefly and didn’t explain what I should/shouldn’t feel during the procedure or what she was starting. As she did it I was able to follow along on screen. But she could have explained more. Her bedside manner was not great.

Things were going fine until I was put in the room getting my blood pressure & going over my meds. I was told the Doctor would be in to see me shortly. I waited 32 minutes for her. This is outrageous! When she came in it took 6 minutes for evaluation of the tests I had done. She explained everything very throughly & answered my questions then I left. This was the worst visit I've ever had. 32 minutes waiting & not a word from anyone as to why I was still waiting! No patient should have to wait 32 minutes
