It was hard to read her at first. She had a mask on (which is totally understandable), but her personality is not very expressive, and she seemed a little short or unenthused at first, but she did take her time with us and was willing to answer questions overall.

She was a great provider, the hardest part was when she asked my child to pick up his legs and he struggles with that because of his SMA...she was very insistent on him doing so, with saying oh come on I know you can do better than that but in actuality it was a struggle for him. Otherwise she did great with him.
