Rachel Cardosa, NP, is a certified nurse practitioner. She earned her bachelor's degree in nursing from Ferris State University in Big Rapids, Michigan, her master's degree in nursing from Wayne State University in Detroit and a doctorate in nursing practice from Grand Valley State University in Allendale, Michigan. Rachel is a member of the Hospice and Palliative Care Nurse Association and the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.
Rachel will provide you with specialized care – from the time of diagnosis throughout the course of your treatment – optimizing your quality of life by anticipating, managing and preventing suffering. He She works with our expanded interdisciplinary team of experts including physicians, nurse practitioners, registered nurses, social workers and chaplains who partner with you and your referring provider to address the physical, intellectual, emotional, social and spiritual needs you may have throughout your illness.
