This was a follow up appointment , so we went over everything from the last appointment that we were covering today in a clear manor.

She explained everything clearly and answered all my questions.

As I mentioned, she walked into the room prepared for me. She had read my file, knew the questions to ask and gave me her observations in a clear, concise way. I found her very professional and is very knowledgeable.

Every thing was great

She is kind, empathetic, and knowledgeable.

She questions what I do and always says the same thing! No resolution to my issues. Comes across as bossy not compassionate And understanding.

She spoke specifically and had a professional level and explain things in detail and laid out opportunities or options for me to consider to move forward.

Rachel was very informative. And she listened to me about issues I was having. And help me get on what she and we thought would be the best program for me. She was very helpful.

I appreciated her validation of my concerns. I was hoping she would have shared ideas of supplements and other things to do to prevent UTIs. The appointment felt rushed.

Everything was great

This is my third visit with Rachel. She is always present and thoughtful. Highly recommend. My only issue with this Urology practice is getting in as a new patient took over 9 months. We are now on annual check ups, but practice only books out 6 months.

Needs to actually examine me as a patient. Needs to listen to symptoms, be more empathetic and try to care a little more.

I was sooo pleased with her caring and the time she spent with me. ‘No rush’ and quick exit. She made very sure I was comfortable with my appointment. She LISTENS.

Very sharp lady and she listens, which is the one of the most important thing when seeing someone in the medical field.

I had multiple issues to discuss and was dismissed to only the main reason for the visit was for elevated PSA. A blood test was ordered that could have been done ahead of time. My ED issues were not mentioned or my urinary issues of which were on my patient profile updated days prior to visit. I feel that my time was wasted going to this appointment. The main issue I was concerned about was not examined, an ultrasound was ordered of which has still to be scheduled. I'm having some mobility issues currently and for me to get prepared and out of the house is a big deal for me to just be ignored.

I liked her very much, she took time to explain everything.

She stated that the information would be in my health chart for further review. I noticed she was very vague and left out key pieces of information.

I haven't received a phone call yet from the lab so I don't know if I'm going to get my services met or not but Rachel was very thorough and I'm assuming that lab will get a hold of me ultrasound

Always nice to feel welcomed when you're at a new building. Same doctor just new surroundings make are harder to navigate. Your staff was great with this.

When we checked out after the appointment we assumed that the things you told us would be on my checkout papers, some were but we didn’t see any web site to go to to help us with foods to eat and not eat as an example.

Oh very good

It was good not quite the answer I wanted to here but good.

When the PC came in I felt uncomfortable again because she too made me feel unwelcome. She didn’t smile and had no warmth or concern about me as a person. Again I thought will never makes Friday afternoon appt again!!! Rachel explained my test results and answered my questions but she had a flat affect which again caused me to feel unwelcome and that I should leave as soon as possible. The only answer I received about my test results were that they were a puzzle and I would need to have the same CT scan again! I could have been informed of that via an email or phone call. The visit was fruitless and unnecessary. I was disappointed and frustrated.

Rachel Smith is a very caring person…listening to her patients needs, questions& Very easy to talk too!
