She listened to my concerns and addressed the issues and even went to speak with a provider to come up with a plan to help me. I did not feel like just a quota for the day, but that she actually cared and want to get to the root of my issues.

Rachel Kurecka and or the office followed up with me about the misunderstanding about the medication journal and she was honest thinking the manager’s was part of mine when I put behavior incidences only and said the Group Manager did not turn in anything which then made me realize the sticky note was about the journal i recorded for med adm.I am grateful she took the time to respond on MyChart. Hopefully there will not be another situation I am figuring out what has occurred or what hasn’t during this appt.sorry I was late I left 10 mins early also hoping I would arrive in time.

She was awesome but could explain the results of the exams she was doing a little more. I asked for the results and then she explained them well. I imagine she would have explained them if I hadn't asked, but not sure.

Told what happen, what the plan was and what she had done to get the plan started after I left.

She explains things well, listens attentively and answers questions appropriately.
