Rachel has taking good care of me thru my surgery and has been very helpful with information and answering all questions I needed answered. And getting me the help with diets and procedures to keep the weight off.

Nurse practitioner Rachel has made me continue to come to the facility as a patient because she provides great patient care kindness. She listens and always provides an opportunity to improve even when the weight is not decreasing she does not make you feel bad about it. She encourages you to continue to keep trying and provide additional information to help you be successful. She is one reason I am continuing on this journey because I know her support is there.
