When I was young, I was inspired to get into medicine after seeing a family member receive less-than-ideal medical care. I told myself that when I was in that position, I would deliver care that’s both rooted in compassion and effective communication — and that starts with listening.

Collaboration is key to how I approach care. By first understanding your perspective and personal experiences, we can then develop an evidence-based treatment plan that also meets your individual needs and health goals. 

My unique background has truly allowed me to care for all ages and stages of life. I was always drawn to geriatrics and learning from those who have experienced life ahead of me. I’ve also worked in women’s health and witnessed the impact of birth on all generations. I also have experience in hospice and palliative care.

I always want patients to feel empowered and that they made the right decisions for their health. My work brings me joy knowing that I have been a champion for my patients and remained focused on their needs to provide exceptional, patient-focused care.
