I continue to be surprised by this, and am glad I can share with you: here he is a very busy lung specialist, yet whenever I'd MyChart him a breathing concern, he'd ALWAYS respond as soon as possible - Amazing! And in our office appointment meetings, he leans forward and honestly LISTENS to this old gal with such care and kindness in his face. Not too many of my other doctors are like that - it's truly refreshing.
