I am a board-certified General Physiatrist (Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation specialist) with a strong passion for conservative management of spine, joint, and neuromuscular conditions. My clinical approach emphasizes activity modification, individualized exercise programs, and thoughtful diet and lifestyle modifications to reduce inflammation and restore function. Additionally, I have extensive procedural experience, including electrodiagnostic testing with EMG and nerve conduction studies to evaluate for peripheral nerve injuries, as well as ultrasound-guided joint and tendon injections to help with pain management. I was drawn to medicine by a desire to help people realize their full functional potential and regain independence in their daily lives. I find the greatest professional fulfillment in accurately diagnosing the source of a patient’s symptoms and implementing a comprehensive rehabilitation plan that promotes recovery, improves mobility, and meaningfully enhances quality of life."
